Registration is open and ends on April 10, 2022. Early bird discount (Coupon Code HAWK) of 15% applies if registered before or on December 31, 2021. Then 10% discount (Coupon Code ROBIN) uses if written before or on February 11, 2022. Registration is complete when payment of all fees has been received.

All your purchases done for the original date in April 2020 will be valid for the Int. Workshop Taunusstein/ Bleidenstadt in April 2022 and the initial purchase value. After this, we won't accept any further claims.

Refund and cancellation policy: 

We offer a full refund minus a $100 non-refundable administration fee up to 30 days from your scheduled workshop. 

We offer a 50% refund minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee up to two weeks from the scheduled date. Cancellation made up to 30 days or two weeks in advance can also be applied to similar workshops in the future and are valid for two years from the start date of the original workshop. In any event, a 25% administration fee applies. 

No refund is offered within two weeks of the workshop's start date. 

If CirquesExperience must terminate the workshop due to a COVID19 (Coronavirus) situation, your tuition and deposit will be refunded.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. Except for the purposes expressly contemplated by this Agreement, the Parties shall not transfer, assign, or delegate any of its rights, obligations, or duties hereunder to another agency without the other Party's prior written consent. Any attempted unpermitted assignment or delegation in contravention of this provision shall be null and void.

Accommodation:

We can provide accommodation in Taunusstein at the Gymnasium following social distancing and mask mandate. 

(Please be aware that other than announced, due to ongoing changes in COVID-19 regulation, we are not able to confirm group accommodation in the gym at this time.)

Therefore, we ask you to please look for alternative accommodation as a backup; Air BNB or bed and breakfast in or around Taunusstein.

However, we will provide group accommodation and keep you informed about any changes.

Pickup and drop-off at your accommodation will remain as announced.
